Targi pracy dla migrantów (Career Fair for Migrants - eng ) is the first of its kind event in Poland. Its goal is connecting foreigners with diversified experience and competencies, that are looking for a job in Wrocław and employers who struggle because of the deficit of qualified workers. During the fair employers would be able to present their offer, meet up with potential candidates and engage in initial recruitment as well as reach for specialised advice from experts, particularly in the field of employing the foreigners, basing on current legal regulations. (workshops and consultations)

      Foreigners that attend our fair will be able to speak with firms’ representatives about job offers, candidate requirements and recruitment procedure. They can also improve their skills while participating in expert workshops on writing a CV, legal work in Poland and job seeking process. Also, their application documents can be verified by a specialised career counsellor.

       Taking part in the fair is free for employers as well visitors.

    The event is organised as a part of project „Integracja, adaptacja, akceptacja.  Wsparcie obywateli państw trzecich zamieszkałych na Dolnym Śląsku”, (Integration, adaptation, acceptation. Support of third-country nationals living in Lower Silesia) co-financed by Program Krajowy Funduszu Azylu, Migracji i Integracji (National Fund for Asylum, Migration and Integration program) and from the state budget.
